Three different breweries in Alberta (88, SYC and Snake Lake) brewed a beer with the same recipe each using their own house yeast strain to get 3 unique but similar tastes!
You can definitely taste the spritzer side of this one and although we’re hitting double-digit negative temperatures outside, this brings me back to the warm summer days on a patio. Very crushable and refreshing! I’m excited to try to other 2 brewery varieties for comparison.
If you haven’t been to Eighty-Eight in Calgary it’s a must go. Quirky little retro spot, and amazing pizza on the weekends that always has a massive queue to even get the chance to buy.
